Tom Woodstock, Vice President, E&S Property
During his 22-year career in insurance, Tom Woodstock amassed a broad range of experience as an underwriter, broker, and team manager. "I’ve focused on E&S Property for more than 15 years," he says, "and I enjoy the challenges of this field. There’s a lot of flexibility in how you write E&S accounts, which makes it an entrepreneurial enterprise. As a broker, I helped triple the size of my team’s property brokerage book. As an underwriter, I work just as hard to make things happen." Tom joined LIU for the chance to build a strong product backed by a trusted brand. "I knew LIU does quality business," he explains, "and this is consistent with the way I like to work. Integrity, character, and responsibility are all important. My goal is to write business – to successfully manage risk by listening, making well-informed decisions, and identifying the best solution."
