Gordon Browne, Vice President, Exploration & Production
Gordon Browne started his insurance career in London as an upstream energy broker before moving to the Liberty International Underwriters London office as an Exploration and Production underwriter. In 2009, he relocated to LIU's Houston office, where he would be physically closer to his E&P clients. "With this proximity to the clients," he says, "we are able to gain a deeper understanding of their goals and risks, which means we can provide better products and service." Browne’s domestic and international experiences have produced an expertise that differentiates him in a complex market. He has also developed a relationship-based approach that helps him understand his clients’ needs. "For me, good service means more than a fast response," he notes. "It means building long-term partnerships with people who know that we'll perform at the highest level in every transaction."
